Each year, for more than 25 years, Franco-Ontariens from the four corners of Ontario have gathered in Sudbury for one night of songs, music and poetry. With humour, and love, they call this festival "La Nuit Sur L'Etang" (the night on the pond). This festival plays an important role in the artistic field for French Ontario and makes it possible for several amateur artists to showcase their performances in an entirely professional context.
